Reviews and Ratings <br />
It was quite disappointing to see how much the hotel has changed over the years. Once a lovely place for a romantic getaway, it now feels more like a noisy pub than a serene retreat. While my room was clean and modern, it reeked of cigarettes, and the dining experience was not what I expected either. The self-service check-in and chaotic atmosphere left a lot to be desired.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the spa facilities were excellent and offered a lovely experience, the room wasn't up to par with what I expected. The restaurant delivered good meals, but the noise levels in the bar made it difficult to relax. Overall, it felt like it needed some improvements in a few areas, especially regarding room comfort and noise management.
My experience at the hotel was quite mixed. The initial impression was nice with modern designs, but the overall state of the rooms left much to be desired, especially with cleanliness issues and noise disturbances. The service was attentive, but I felt the dining could be significantly improved. While the facilities, such as the pool, were decent, the lack of proper amenities in the room and the value for money were disappointing.
I had a rather disappointing experience at this hotel. While the staff, particularly a lovely Scottish lady at reception, were friendly and helpful, the management and room conditions left much to be desired. Issues with dining availability and room cleanliness overshadowed some positive aspects.
I had high hopes for this hotel based on past experiences, but unfortunately, it fell short this time. While the pool was lovely and vibrant, the rooms left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The dining experience was frustrating, as the restaurant was more like a noisy pub rather than a relaxing dining area. Overall, the location is convenient, but I wouldn't recommend it for a romantic getaway.
